By installing, accessing, or using the ImproveAI Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. About ImproveAI
ImproveAI is a Chrome browser extension that helps users optimize and rewrite their AI prompts to be clearer, shorter, and more effective. The Service works on platforms including but not limited to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI chat interfaces.
3. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ImproveAI. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Subscription & Pricing
ImproveAI offers two plans:
- Free Plan: 15 prompt optimizations per month at no cost.
- Pro Plan: Unlimited optimizations at $6.99 USD per month, billed monthly.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting support.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without written permission.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or authentication mechanisms.
6. Intellectual Property
ImproveAI, including its design, branding, source code, and underlying technology, is owned by Bhavishya Saini. You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the optimized outputs you receive.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImproveAI and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ImproveAI at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rajasthan, India.
