Our Refund Promise
We want you to love ImproveAI. If you subscribe to the Pro plan and decide it's not for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No forms to fill, no hoops to jump through.
1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request the refund within 7 days of your first Pro subscription purchase.
- You provide the email address used for the purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund
Just send us an email โ that's it:
- Email support@improverai.in
- Subject line: "Refund request"
- Include the email address used for your purchase
- (Optional but appreciated) A quick line on why โ it helps us improve
3. Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- We process it within 2 business days.
- The refund appears on your original payment method within 5โ10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Your Pro access ends once the refund is issued.
4. After the 7-Day Window
After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion. If you face a genuine issue โ like a billing error, a technical fault, or a charge you didn't authorize โ reach out and we'll make it right.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime to stop future charges, even outside the refund window. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period โ your Pro access continues until the period ends.
To cancel, email support@improverai.in or use the cancellation link in your billing email.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
- Violation of our Terms of Service (e.g. abuse, fraud, account sharing).
- Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first โ please reach out and we'll resolve it directly.
